IT Leadership & GovernanceDefine and execute IT strategy, roadmap, and architecture standardsEstablish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworksManage team performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate with vendors, MSPs, and internal stakeholders  2. Infrastructure & Data Center ManagementOversee enterprise infrastructure including:Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP)Linux systems (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.)Manage virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V)Ensure high availability, clustering, and capacity planningManage storage systems and infrastructure lifecycle  3.
