Job DescriptionAssist in administering and maintaining the Student Information System (SIS), primarily Power Campus.Support end users by identifying common issues, troubleshooting, and escalating complex cases when needed.Support end users by identifying common issues, troubleshooting, and escalating complex cases when needed.Help create and maintain SSRS reports to support business and academic requirements.Assist with transcript updates, ensuring accurate calculation and reporting of students’ grades and GPAs.Provide support for data uploads, migrations, and routine data entry within the SIS.Help manage user privileges according to roles and responsibilities.Monitor system usage and database health with supervision, escalating concerns when necessary.Participate in analyzing processes and suggest improvements to enhanceefficiency and data accuracy.
