Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, process-driven Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our recruitment and outsourcing agency. In this role, you won't just be filling seats; you’ll be the engine driving growth for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment cycles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for various industries (BPO, Retail, FMCG, etc.) while maintaining a top-tier candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Volume Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels (social media, job portals, niche groups, and referrals) to generate a massive influx of candidates.Screening & Selection: Conduct rapid-fire phone interviews, group assessments, and technical screenings to identify the best fits for multiple client profiles simultaneously.Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for outsourcing clients to understand their specific volume needs, timelines, and SLAs.Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, "warm" database of candidates to ensure 24-hour turnaround times for urgent hiring requests.Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with the operations and HR teams to ensure candidates transition smoothly from "Hired" to "Onboarded."Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Funnel Conversion rates) to the Recruitment Manager.
