Responsible for Leading The Creative vision and design execution for advertising campaign and events, ensuring all creative outputs align with client briefs, brand guidelines , and project objectives , while delivering innovative , high-quality , and commercially effective creative solutions . as below :Creative Strategy & Concept Development :Lead The development of creative concepts for advertising campaigns and events .Translate clients briefs into strong creative ideas and visual directions .Ensure Consistency of brand identity across all creatives outputs.Design & Production Oversight :Oversee the design process from concept to final artworkReview and approve all creative material ( print , digital , event branding )Ensure designs are production-ready and technically accurate.Team Leadership & ManagementManage , Mentor and guide the creatives and design team .Allocate Tasks and manage workload and deadlinesCross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with project managers , production , and event teams .Ensure creatives deliverables align with project timelines and budgets..Support pitch presentations and client proposals .Quality & Innovation: Maintain high creative standards and quality control.Stay Updated with design trends , tools , and technologies .Drive Innovation and creative excellence within the agency.
