We work and enjoy! The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for technical support, offers, necessary documentation and reports, consultation, fulfilling customer’s requirements and communication with manufacturing facilities worldwide. Our product portfolio is (Water-related equipment: pumps, filters, UV & Ozone Treatment. etc). Responsibilities:-Selecting water-related equipment for projects, based on clients requested specifications.Provide technical support to the sales team.Visit customer when required for technical support / clarifications / orientation.Collaborate with other departments, Vendors, or other business units to ensure timely resolution to the customer’s request.
