Job Description
1- Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements, installation conditions, and system integration constraints.2- Review project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.3- Develop, create, and update electrical and instrumentation drawings (loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts) using specialized software such as EPLAN.4- Execute installation and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems in accordance with approved drawings and project procedures.5- Perform instrument calibration, loop checking, functional testing, and performance verification to ensure accuracy and system reliability.6- Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and system handover activities.7- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve instrumentation, control, and signal-related issues during commissioning and operation.8- Provide technical support to customers, site teams, and operations personnel to ensure stable system performance.9- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including commissioning reports, calibration records, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.10- Train end users and maintenance teams on system operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.11- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, automation, and civil) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
