Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimize executive time and productivity.Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and board sessions.Oversee the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Coordinate and follow up on action items and deliverables from executive meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.Support the CEO in strategic planning, project management, and implementation of key initiatives.Liaise with department heads and senior management to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.Organize and manage executive events, conferences, and special projects as required.Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement related to the CEO’s office.
