About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for immediate joining. To play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent and specialized roles.As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to shaping workforce planning and building sustainable talent pipelines to support long-term business growth. Job Responsibilities and Duties -Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term workforce planning.-Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.-Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and networking.-Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.-Utilize advanced interview techniques and evaluation methods to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.-Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to enhance efficiency and reporting.-Strong market insight, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, competitive environments.
